The wire EDM process uses a high-speed small hole driller that machines difficult to cut carbide and heat-treated workpieces quickly and efficiently.
Wire EDM can be used to cut extremely hard metals and parts with intricate shapes, and complex angles, particularly in materials which cannot be machined by traditional methods, and without high tooling cost.
D-T Wire EDM Services provides Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Services for complex metal parts and components. Our services range from a start hole for wire cut EDM that can be done quickly and easily to complex metal parts and components.
